Had a great Easter break! The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and cozy. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby area and the breakfast was always delicious. We also loved the swimming pool and the stunning views from the balcony. It was so amazing to see animals up close and learn so much about them during our stay. All in all, we had a wonderful experience!
The only letdown was the limited options for dinner, but we found some great local restaurants nearby. Some of the activities were also a bit overpriced, but there were plenty of other things to do and see that were worth the visit. we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

The jungle location was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for getting away from the bustle of the city. the view of the lake was lovely and there was plenty of opportunity to observe birds and other animals. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was decent.
The elephant activities were disappointing. It felt like the elephants were more like objects to look at than living creatures.

One of the highlights of our Thailand trip was staying at this hotel situated in a park with elephants walking around several times a day. It was such a unique and incredible experience to see these majestic creatures up close. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the elephants and the resort. The rooms were comfortable with a small AC unit to keep us cool in the tropical heat. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, including delicious a la carte dishes.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

We had a fantastic stay! Best aspects were the beautiful surroundings with clean gardens and a small lake where we could watch elephants roam around several times a day. The breakfast was delicious with different options and friendly staff; transportation was available around the hotel premises and a parking space was provided. This city has a nearby national park that serves as a home to elephants, so we were lucky to cross paths with some of them - an amazing experience!

Nestled amidst the lush green jungle with elephants walking around, our cabin down by the tranquil lake provided a perfect escape from the city. the room was spacious and comfortable with all amenities. Breakfasts were delicious and the service was friendly and welcoming. the facilities were great, particularly the clean and well-maintained pool, and it was nice to see elephant statues scattered around.
The lack of Wi-Fi in the cabins was a disappointment.
